Gerding Builders is a 100% employee-owned commercial general contractor based in Corvallis, Oregon, with an office in Idaho and work across Washington. Its clients are school districts, hospitals, councils, developers and architects, and they want to see proof before they pick up the phone.
The Webflow site leads with the company's line, Building a Better Standard, then shows its 59 years and 700 completed projects, featured work, services and client testimonials. Projects and news are managed in Webflow's CMS, so the team can add a finished building or a site update without a developer. It is the kind of construction company website we build for contractors and trades.

Gerding Builders is a commercial general contractor in the Pacific Northwest, owned entirely by its employees. For 59 years it has built schools, healthcare buildings, housing, government, commercial and industrial facilities, and non-profit projects, from pre-construction through to completion.
The brief
Public and private clients choose a contractor on track record. The site had to show the range of buildings Gerding has delivered, explain how it works with owners from pre-construction onwards, and give school boards, councils and developers a clear way to start a conversation, while also recruiting staff and trade partners.

Every project has its own page, tagged as new construction or renovation, and the project list can be filtered by education, healthcare, commercial, non-profit, housing, government and industrial work.

The years in business and the number of projects completed roll into place as large figures, beside featured work and a long run of testimonials from superintendents, architects and owners.
