Questions

Can you move my store to Shopify from another platform?

Yes. We move products, customers and order history where Shopify allows it, and set up redirects so links from search engines and old emails still work.

What is the difference between a private app and a public app?

A private app is built for your store only and does exactly what your business needs. A public app is listed on the Shopify App Store for any merchant to install, like EZ Master Discount.

Will a custom app slow my store down?

It should not. Where we can, we build on Shopify Functions, which run inside Shopify's own checkout, so nothing is added to your theme.

Do you work with stores anywhere in the US?

Yes. We work remotely with merchants in any state, and fit calls around your time zone.
